Daniel Morgan received a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from West Virginia Wesleyan College. Throughout his years, health and movement have always been an essential part of Daniel’s life. He grew up skateboarding and playing soccer until he spent most of his time in the gym weightlifting, doing CrossFit, and/or calisthenics.
“When I was 18, that was the first time I experienced debilitating back pain. I literally couldn’t even stand up straight or get out of bed sometimes because the pain was so intense. Fast forward 14 gruelingly painful years, and here I am finally without pain, thanks to Functional Patterns. I’m back to skateboarding, wrestling, and MMA; even play basketball from time to time.”
Inspired by his own “pain-loss” journey, he built a new love and passion for exercise and movement, which he’s always excited to share with clients and show them how to move their bodies without pain. Daniel has experience working with various populations, including teens, athletes, people with scoliosis in multiple age ranges, people with sciatica, compression fractures, herniated discs, and the list goes on.
Our space provides everything you and your trainer will need to fully do Functional Patterns training, leaving the traditional training gym in the dust.
